Paducah Bank Advisory Board Chair

Cruse earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Murray State University in Business Administration. She is involved in various community organizations including being an associate member of the Charity League of Paducah, a founding member of the Women in Maritime Operations (WIMOs) Organization as well as the current president for the West Kentucky Chapter of WIMOS, and a founding member of Paducah Professional Women Organization.

Paducah Bank Advisory Board Vice-Chair

Wilson is a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School and attended the University of Arkansas on an academic scholarship and as a walk-on to the Arkansas Razorbacks football team. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration Management and entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent wide receiver with the Detroit Lions in 2004. He went on to play for the Buffalo Bills and the Tennessee Titans before retiring after 11 years in the NFL. His story of strength and dedication led to a career as a motivational speaker and eventually to the creation of the George Wilson S.A.F.E.T.Y. Foundation. The goal of the Foundation is to Save Adolescents from the Everyday Trials of Youth. George's humanitarianism and focus on bettering his community and the lives of others earned him the Walter Payton Man of the Year award in 2009 and 2011. In 2011, George became the recipient of the President's Council on Fitness Sports & Nutrition Community Leadership Award, which is an award given annually to individuals who improve the lives of people within their community by providing or enhancing opportunities to engage in sports, physical activities, fitness or nutrition-related programs.

Sawvel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Arts in International Communications from University of Leeds, England. Sawvel has been with Lilly USA since 2007, where she educates health care professionals across western Kentucky on the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of over twenty oral and injectable pharmaceutical products, helping patients feel better and live longer, healthier lives. She previously worked as a senior sales representative for GlaxoSmithKline in Nashville, TN and as a channel marketing manager for Silicon Graphics Incorporated in Mountain View, CA. She currently serves on the Paducah Head Start Policy Council, on the Clark Elementary School's Site Based Decision Making Board, and she is a member of Broadway United Methodist Church.

Adams earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University in Baton Rouge, LA, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration at the University of Louisiana. He serves as vice president of the Oscar Cross Boys & Girls Club Board. He also serves on the boards for Paducah Area Transit and Project CARAT Paducah, Inc. He is past president of the Rotaract Club of Paducah, a graduate of Leadership Paducah Class #30, and the Outstanding Class Member of LP Class #30. Adams is a member of Paducah Young Professionals, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, ACHE and NAHSE. Adams is also the owner of Bayou Southern Catering located here in Paducah.

DeJarnett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Mid-Continent University and is a graduate of the Delta Leadership Institute. He has worked for Fabick CAT since 2013, securing several Milestone Year Awards for his work in temporary power, air, and temperature control. He is a board member for Community Christian Academy, Paducah Alliance of Neighbors, and Heartland Church. He is past Board President for Kiwanis Club of Paducah and Paducah Day Nursery. Mason served as a board member Paducah Young Professionals and the International Propeller Club Port of Paducah.

Englert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Kentucky and an MAE from Western Kentucky University in Mental Health Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church. She is also a member of Paducah Leadership Class #30, the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce, Paducah Young Professionals, Kentucky Counseling Association, and the Impact Chapter of BNI.

Hite earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Murray State University. He also earned his CPA license. He is involved in several community organizations including secretary/treasurer for New Pathways for Children, Paducah Young Professionals, Kiwanis, Paducah Business Network, and he is a member of Broadway Church of Christ. He is also the former president of the board of Family Service Society and a member of Leadership Paducah Class #28.

Mansfield is a Professional Engineer and manages BFW's Waterways and Asset Management divisions. She earned a Master of Science degree in civil engineering and a minor in mathematics at the University of Kentucky. She is a member of the 2022 Leadership Kentucky class and a graduate of Leadership Paducah Class #35. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Paducah Economic Development Council and the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce Business Advocacy Committee. She is also past president of the United Way of Western Kentucky and Charity League of Paducah.

Morris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Murray State University. He is the president of Kiwanis of Downtown Paducah and a member of the Leadership Paducah Foundation Board of Directors. Morris is a graduate of Leadership Paducah Class #29. He is past President of the Leadership Paducah Alumni Association and past Chair of the Paducah Young Professionals.

Stewart received his bachelor’s degree in Government from Centre College, where he was named valedictorian. He went to graduate from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he was a staff member of the Kentucky Law Journal and graduated first in his class. After completing his education, Stewart returned home to begin his legal career. He joined Bradley, Freed & Grumley, P.S.C (now known as. Grumley, Riley & Stewart, P.S.C.), in 2014 and became a member of the firm in 2017. Stewart has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. He was a member of Leadership Paducah Class #32, has served on the Kentucky Bar Association Strategic Planning Committee, and has volunteered with Summer Reading Camp.

Straub joined the law firm of Whitlow, Roberts, Houston & Straub, PLLC as an associate in 2017, where he practices in the area of wills and trusts, probate and real estate. He attended Missouri State University on a golf scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Socio-Political Communication. Eric was recognized by the Golf Association of America as an All-American Scholar while at MSU. He earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenburg College of Law. Eric is a graduate of Leadership Paducah Class #32. He is the Membership Chair and a board member for the Rotary Club of Paducah. Straub serves on the Paducah Young Professionals steering committee, participates in the United Way of Paducah PALS program, and is a volunteer assistant coach for the McCracken County Girls Golf Team. He was a co-champion of the American Cancer Society's "Dancing with our Stars" in 2020.

Ines is the Founder and President of INTEC Group, LLC, a Paducah-based company specializing in construction services for the Federal Government. With over $200 million in contract awards, INTEC Group has successfully managed close to 300 federal projects and is considered one of Western Kentucky's top woman-owned government contractors. Born in Venezuela, Ines has always had a passion for art and building things. She turned these interests into a successful career, starting in residential construction management before moving into commercial and eventually finding her niche in government contracting. Ines serves on several community boards, including the Paducah Chamber of Commerce, the Riverport Board, and Sprocket. She will be rolling off the City of Paducah Code Enforcement Board in January. Ines is a proud mother of two and resides in Paducah with her husband, Justin Rundles.

Hammons is the CEO of Roller Die + Forming in Louisville. This locally owned and operated manufacturer has a history of more than 85 years in Louisville and is a leading producer of standard and custom roll-formed parts. Roller Die + Forming serves customers throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and other international locales. Ray has a degree in finance and an MBA from Webster University and is a graduate of the renowned YPO program at the Harvard Business School.

Furman is the Assistant Director of Development at the University of Louisville. Daniel is a member of the Leadership Development Institute at UofL and is a critical part of the university’s development team. Daniel had previous collegiate experience at the Atlantic Coast Conference and at the University of Pittsburgh. Daniel recently secured a $3.5 million gift that resulted in the naming rights of the East and West Suite Levels at Cardinal Stadium, among numerous other funding efforts. 

Kilner is a CPA and partner in the firm of MCM CPAs & Advisors in Louisville. Diane’s primary expertise is in the provision of accounting, tax, consulting, and planning services to small and medium-sized businesses. She oversees the Small Business Services Team at the firm. Diane is a graduate of Bellarmine University and is the Finance Chair for the Salvation Army Advisory Board.

Pollard is the broker/owner of Oldham County-based Pollard Realty. Patrick ranks among the top 1% of Greater Louisville Association of Realtors agents with more than $23 million in average annual transactions. Patrick also co-owns a development company with his father, Dennis Pollard. Patrick serves on the board of the Oldham County Education Foundation which supports the Oldham County School System.

Rounsavall, Jr. is a Louisville attorney whose primary areas of practice are real estate transactions and real estate litigation, as well as general corporate and banking law. He is a graduate of Furman University in South Carolina and the University of Kentucky College of Law. Hunt currently serves on the Norton Children’s Hospital Board of Directors.

Snider is President and CEO of East Woods, LLC in Louisville. East Woods is a private equity and venture capital company with a focus on construction, real estate and manufacturing. Israel’s areas of expertise include corporate strategic planning, real estate and land development, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership. Israel is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
